Business Analyst, Serialization/Track & Trace Job at Engineering USA
Engineering USA is seeking a full-time Serialization Business Analyst to join our growing SAP Track & Trace Division!
Position Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work with S4 team- MDG, WM, Teams for Master data verification for Pre-Load/Post load, Comparison between the data in ATTP vs S4
- Documenting Key Design Decisions (KDDs)
- Support BPOs, attends all the serialization relevant meetings as key business resource, identify regulatory impacts, and work closely with BPO and IT to resolve.
- POC for Business cutover task- mainly data validation and align with Business requirements
- Collaborate with the business to identify testers and Execute UAT sessions
- Support Validation testing phases where required.
- Business process design documentations
- Develop UAT test plan, test scenarios and scripts, create data sets for UAT testing
- Revise/ develop Standard Operating Procedures & policies as required per change implementations.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Track and Trace technologies and product security with help of Track and Trace
- Excellent understanding of common GS1 standards using for T&T, including standards for data carriers
- Understanding of legislation requirements for T&T
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (especially pharma) in order to identify the gaps from a T&T perspective
- Excellent functional understanding of SAP solutions for Track & Trace, including customizing for customer specific needs (SAP AII/SAP OER, SAP ATTP)
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Knowledge of SAP WM is an advantage
- Excellent communication (written and oral), organizational and time management skills
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to execute to a plan and demonstrate dependability and ownership
