Responsibilities :

What’s involved?

We are looking for someone at the intersection of Business Value, BI Development, Project Management, and Process Improvement. When you wake up in the morning, you get excited about new ways to improve operations through improved analytics/reporting capabilities.

You will develop and maintain strong business relationships across the organization and will leverage those to move strategic analytics initiatives forward – by building consensus and delivering value.

This role will primarily focus on strategic delivery of large, cross functional initiatives, and will require development, project management, and process improvement.

What you bring to the table – and why we need you!

    • Demonstrable ability to build relationships and gain alignment at the leadership level
    • Ability to optimize and improve the business value of analytics initiatives
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
    • Understanding of reporting and business intelligence best practices
    • Data visualization skills within Power BI (or other data visualization suite)
    • Experience in data analysis and data mining skills (SQL, DAX, Data Modeling, etc.)
    • Understanding of BI concepts (e.g., data governance, data lineage tools, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation (ELT/ETL), and data analysis)
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences/Computer Science or similar
  • 6+ years’ experience across project and program management and/or process improvement; focused within reporting/analytics
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft BI Stack – or combination of relevant technologies
  • Solid understanding of BI concepts, and the ability to articulate these concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in business data modeling, metadata structure and business subject areas for key business processes
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework (preferred)
