Voyager Home Healthcare (https://voyagerhomehealthcare.com/) provides in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado. Additionally, we have three CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs. We recently opened office locations in Denver and Pueblo and expanded our home healthcare services and CNA schools to the states of Florida and Arizona.

Position Overview
Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Voyager’s business development team spearheads expansion projects all across the United States. Currently, we have expanded to Florida and Arizona and are anticipating expanding to 5 more states in 2023. Akin to an expeditionary force in the military, the business development team opens new office locations, conducts marketing campaigns, engages in market research, state compliance, and improves and audits existing business practices in order to scale our company nationwide.
Apprenticeship
Candidates hired on to this position will work directly alongside our business development specialists and executive staff. You will gain valuable on the job education in all facets of business and operations. This experince and education can be used to advance within our organization or be carried on to other future endeavors.
Job Duties
· Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities either locally, regionally, or nationally.
· Develops negotiation strategies by evaluating risks and potentials.
· Assesses potential third-party clients in terms of income potential and mission fit.
· Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the company.
· Evaluates ,determines, and realizes quarterly business growth goals.
· Creates a business development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information.
· Fosters beneficial relationships with business partners, potential clients, and business contacts in order to attract new business and enhancing organization reputation.
· Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts
Hours
Monday-Friday: 8 am-430pm
Pay
$25/hour

After six months of employment; 12 days of Paid Time Off a year. 3 additional paid holidays (Christmas Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving) 7 optional holidays that you can choose to either have to work or have an unpaid day off. These include:

An example of this would be with our Human Resources Assistants. Ideally, we would hire these individuals with the intention that they would become Human Resources Specialists, progress to Human Resources Managers, advance to Human Resources Directors, and eventually be Directors of state-wide HR Operations.
