Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify and work with key major end users of utility detection and concrete scanning equipment in the market, identifying requirements, understanding the overall market, and creating sales and marketing programs and pro-motions to develop business
  • Manage and achieve both budgeted and targeted sales revenue and gross profit growth from new customers whilst proposing and executing appropriate supportive actions for further growth
  • Support the appointment of new channel partners (Dealers or Resellers) to continue growth and optimize profitability
  • Grow sales through other Hexagon internal and external sales teams via support, training, coordination and development
  • Lead and/or support business related operational tasks, such as: strategic planning, forecasting, and price/discount management
  • Work closely with IDS Georadar Global teams, and other key stake-holders (internal and external)
  • Strive to ensure all relevant GPR product lines are represented in the appropriate channels and participate in target setting and achievement of channel sales goals
  • Other tasks and projects to be added on an as needed basis
  • Interact with all levels throughout our organization, customers, product end-users, and distribution partners.

Desired Skills

Skills/Education/Experience
  • University Graduate or equivalent,
  • 5-8 years’ sales and marketing experience, plus sales experience in the utility or construction market segments
  • Ideally some distributor or dealer management experience
  • English and preferably Spanish reading, writing and verbal
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with past working experience in a multi-national management environment
  • Must be willing to learn and be able to take direction, while interacting effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity and also act as an enthusiastic and effective team member
  • Possess strong drive, passion and a go-getter attitude for achieving business targets
  • Ability to co-ordinate and direct projects to meet specific deadlines
  • Ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
  • Strong customer- and result-driven orientation focusing on bottom line revenue while simultaneously assisting key accounts to build solid foundations for their business
  • Willing to travel (national and occasionally international), approx. 30-40%
  • Proficient in PC skills such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
  • Experience in sales in Detection market, EMI and/or GPR and knowledge of AutoCad is strong advantage
  • You will be working in a team-oriented environment with flat hierarchies. While you enjoy working with people as well as motivating them, you also have a high standard of performance and responsibility.
Compensation
Target compensation is $35 – $40 per hour plus a bonus based on company performance.
