Fully Remote Position

The Business Intelligence Consultant is responsible for working closely with Client Services/Customer Success Leadership to define the required reporting and analytical needs for the platform. This position will create and configure both standard and custom reporting solutions, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and provide associated reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team and users to design and deliver comprehensive reporting solutions;
• Outline and facilitate the collection of key healthcare data sources needed to drive business insights and direction;
• Design, configure and administer a self-service reporting program in order to support the reporting needs of the Client Services organization;
• Assist in the analysis of information to understand various trends and related opportunities;
• Interpret reporting results and assist in the creation of action plans to drive business objectives;
• Drive the creation and administration of Common Definitions leading to accuracy and trust of reporting;
• Assist leadership team to leverage our reporting to drive the business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years' experience developing Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions (preferably in a consulting organization)
• Proficient in SQL (preferably T-SQL) development in a Business Intelligence/Analytics environment (Database Views, Stored Procedures, etc.)
• Experience utilizing SQL to develop ETL processes
• Experience designing and developing data visualizations using industry standard tools

(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)

• Experience with Data Modeling (relational and tabular)
• Experience with SQL Server and Azure Analysis Services
• Understanding of Data Analysis in relation to Business Process modeling
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI and DAX development a plus
• Experience with Azure Data Factory a plus
• Experience with Snowflake a plus
• Experience with Healthcare data is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills
