Chesterbrook Residences is a caring Assisted Living in Falls Church, VA founded by three faith base communities, Lewinsville Presbyterian, Temple Rodef Shalom and Immanuel Presbyterian. As the Business Office Manager, you will direct the overall Business Office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as directed by the Executive Director, to assure the proper administrative procedures are maintained
1. Customer service with our senior residents in matters concerning resident rent and billing, notices, receivables, security deposits, and payments.
2. Knowledge of OneSite property management software is preferred. Daily financial processing and reporting.
3. Accurate posting payments, deposits, petty cash, meal purchase processing and other community related money.
4. Reconciles and posts to resident accounts the monthly subsidy received from HUD and County sources. Manages our ownership support subsidy through a limited income program for low income seniors in need of Assisted Living. Produces detailed reporting to government authorities and community partners on this charity.
5. Produces, distributes, and documents third-party reimbursement agency bills according to the established deadlines,
6. Audits rent roll, accounts receivable, payables and reconciles all funds weekly.
7. Assists the Director in notification and collection of any debts.
8. Reconciles all staff credit cards, petty cash, reimbursements, and invoices.
9. Tracks, maintains, prepares, and batches purchase orders for prompt payables processing and vendor payment.
10. Provides efficient, courteous and quality service to all residents and vendors.
11. Processing bi-weekly payroll, responding to payroll developments, trends, regulations and business controls.
12. Maintaining team member personnel information, including payroll processing, updating personnel files/binders and training records.
13. Championing the team member on-boarding and welcome orientation process

Pay: $49,920.00 - $57,000.00 per year
