ServiceNow – Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow – Business Systems Analyst, for a contract opportunity supporting a client located in Seattle/Overland Park, KS. The ServiceNow – Business Systems Analyst will provide basic SOX compliance knowledge, will have previous experience working with ServiceNow, and the ability to think critically and provide basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Ability to think critically and provide basic troubleshooting
• Experience with SOX compliance
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the company and relay information in simple terms
• Defines application access problems by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures and processes.
• Troubleshoots by evaluating provisioning workflow behavior.
• Validates expected results.
• Ensures operation by training customers and providing support.
• Provides reference by writing documentation as needed.
• Updates solution knowledge base as needed.
• Follows set written job aids to perform defined tasks.
• Provides technical support assistance after hours as needed.
• Records and processes documentation related to policy procedures for the IT department.
• Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity
• Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business
• Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations
• Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion
• Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
• Strong Computer skills and the ability to identify and troubleshoot technology issues.
• Familiarity with PC hardware and software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users with differing levels of computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Records documentation.
• Software Testing and software maintenance preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in learning and supporting new systems.

Rate: $35-40/hr.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: Remote
