Position Title: Business to Business Account Executive
Colonial Life, an industry leader with an 80 year history of integrity and growth is seeking candidates to help grow our team in the Wisconsin market. We provide voluntary worksite benefits and financial protection to more than 4 million of America’s workers. Also called “supplemental insurance”, voluntary benefits fill gaps left by major medical and help employees cover the rising costs of healthcare.
Role Summary:
Your role is to help businesses by providing benefit communication and education to employers and employees. Each business will require a benefit package suited to their particular needs to help maintain employee health and wellbeing, assist in the recruitment of new talent and the retention of key employees. We are looking for long-term relationships with our clients. You will enjoy:
· Uncapped, unlimited commission income averaging around $50k the first year based on a percentage of sales with realistic attainment of a six figure income around year 4 and beyond
· Bonuses for meeting sales milestones
· Renewal income from your existing book of business beginning in your second year
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with new clients
· Conduct meetings with business owners to determine a benefit package that best meets the needs of the business
· Identify and resolve pain points that prevent businesses from fully utilizing their benefits program
· Run group meetings with employees to educate and drive participation in their benefits program
· Set up enrollment conditions that improve educational opportunities and participation
· Provide service after the sale
