Job Description:


Scope of the Position


This is a multi-functional role that services our plant in Richmond, CA in the following areas: Accounting, procurement, shipping/receiving documentation and production support.


What You Need To Be Successful

  • Accounting experience preferred
  • At least two years purchasing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders (material and service), change orders, contracts, and obtain vendor approvals
  • Receive materials in SAP per vendor invoices & packing slips. Maintain documents for invoice verification
  • Review invoices, match with packing slip/P.O., verify tax rate, submit for payment
  • Communicate with vendors/suppliers by obtaining quotes, placing orders, issuing purchase orders, correcting invoices for discrepancies, and updating payment status when requested
  • Prepare month end invoice accrual
  • Assist Accounting Supervisor on special projects
  • Other Duties
    • Maintain quality related files, contractor prequalification and insurance certificates
    • Maintain daily incoming & outgoing shipments in Excel
    • Monitor security gate & answering phone
    • Administrative Coordinator Backup

Reports to: Accounting Supervisor

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

The US base salary range for this position is $60,000- $70,000 + bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More specific salary range for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in the US roles postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, benefits, pension contributions or additional incentives.
