The Program Manager is responsible for contract performance by the CACI AMOC team at March Air Reserve Base in Riverside, CA, supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) System Maintenance, Support and Enhancement Services Contract. You will manage and direct all aspects of team to successfully achieve the contract requirements. You will oversee cost, technical, schedule and personnel issues.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Lead multi-discipline geographically separated team.

  • Ensure compliance with CACI Human Resources Staff.

  • Represent the company in all matters related to the contract.

  • Assign and manage customer projects.

  • Assign resources to meet customer schedules and achieve contact requirements.

More About the Role:

  • Own the execution of strategy and the operational direction of the sub-function or project.

  • Problems faced may be difficult to moderately complex.

  • Influences others outside of own program or project regarding policies, practices and procedures.

  • Responsible for ongoing performance of the program or project after production.

  • Position is on-site at the AMOC at March Air Reserve Base in Riverside, CA with limited telework.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Demonstrate 10 plus years’ experience with the following:

  • Supervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer related fields Providing overall leadership, management and supervision of C4I project resources to ensure:

  • Work standards are formulated and enforced;

  • Schedules are created and manipulated to meet real-time mission priorities, as required or as needed to increase the efficiency of the labor pool;

  • Reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes and goals of the organization to the subordinates; Leading a C4I multi-discipline team.

Must be a US Citizen:

  • Must be able to attain a US Government Secret security clearance
  • Must be able to pass a CBP Background Investigation

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Agile Software Development experience;

  • Business Analyst or Scrum Master or

  • System Administration Tier 1 and Tier 2 Level support and team management or

  • Radar Registration and Radar Track Fusion experience or

  • Applied Physics, Systems Engineering, and C++ experience.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$117,100.00 - $251,600.00
