Responsibilities and Qualifications
CCC (Client Care Center) Sales agents are going to be tasked with managing a high volume of Inbound and Outbound calls. Agents will identify the customer's needs, provide information on vehicle inventory, follow designated scripts and schedule appointments. Time management and effective communication skills are a MUST!
Job tasks:
-Contact and communicate with customers
-Answer all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
-Use a CRM to maintain notes and document contact with guests
-Follow scripts and schedule appointments
-Make outbound calls to customers to generate business
-Send emails and text messages to guests
Qualities needed:
Excellent customer service skills
Motivation to be successful
Must be able to multi-task and remain organized
Computer skills
Team player
Prior customer service, sales, reception, or call center experience a plus
