Ivonne Welch Insurance Agency is seeking experienced, bilingual Customer Service Representatives who may be interested in becoming licensed Medicare Insurance Agents, to join our dedicated team and help provide quality service over the phone to our mostly Spanish-speaking, Medicare-age clients and their families. Our ideal candidates are highly motivated, detail-oriented, customer service professionals who are looking for a stable company with opportunities for continued growth and promotion.

Industry-specific customer service training will be provided upon hire. Training would continue throughout employment with the goal of advancing the right candidates to sales positions. Hard working and motivated individuals would have the opportunity to become licensed agents to represent and enroll our clients into the Medicare Plan that best meets their needs. The company wants to help build employees into well-rounded insurance agents with a strong background in customer service.

To excel with Ivonne Welch, you will need to be able to answer a high volume of inbound calls, while completing follow up and other outbound calls as assigned. You will need to be an organized multi-tasker who is able to stay focused and see tasks all the way to completion. You listen to instructions and take direction well with an ability to follow established protocols. The ideal candidate is motivated and a fast learner, who strives to be efficient and effective. They are willing to take on new challenges and go above and beyond to make sure that the customer gets the help that they need.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Minimum of two years telephonic or call center experience in customer service-related position

· Ability to commute to our Murrieta office

· Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal

· The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task

· Basic computer skills

· A pleasant phone presence with the ability to build rapport with clients

· A positive and professional attitude

· Flexibility in your work schedule to include evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in Medicare, Health Care, Call Center or Insurance

· A basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software or previous experience with Zoho CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
