Call Center Customer Service Representative Job at The Hollister Group

The Hollister Group Boston, MA

Our client is looking for a poised, professional Customer Service Representative to start remotely ASAP. Those with previous experience in call center customer service who are able to maintain composure under pressure who can work the remote hours below should apply immediately! Any experience or background in healthcare is a plus.

Compensation: $20-28 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:
  • Support all product, services, and education programs to include 800# lines
  • Manage switchboard and answer or direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally
  • Use various systems, software, and support tools
  • Retrieve member profiles and subscription information
  • Provide information to members via phone and email once proper identification is verified
  • Assist with granting site access and updating usernames and passwords for clients
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under stressful circumstances
  • Strong attention to detail when verifying and handling sensitive personal information
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
  • Experience in healthcare a plus
