Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Sit at a workstation and interact with customers using a computer and a headset.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
• Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of our company.
• Follow our customer engagement strategy.
• Meet qualitative and quantitative targets earning bonus compensation.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer support role/Sales role strongly recommended.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to different personality types.
• Familiarity with CRM technology.
• Customer focused.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a flexible work schedule.

We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and GUARANTEED BONUS opportunities!

• Once on the phone, our agents make $15 hourly!
• Adding commission, our top agents average $18-$23 hourly!
