The Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls.
Job Duties:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling various topics
- Identify customers’ needs
- Clarify information
- Research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Upsell products when opportunities arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep legible records of all conversations in the call center database
- Process absentee ballots
- Inform Voters of the status of their ballots
- Assist EV Managers and EV Assistant Managers with Voters status, ability to vote, and pending or approved absentee ballots
Requirements:
- Call Center experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Basic Computer knowledge
Ability to work entire schedule: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Pay rate: $16.00/hour
*MANDATORY OVERTIME AND * IS PAID AT TIME AND A HALF**

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Atlanta, GA 30303: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
