- Calls are incoming and outgoing
- Provide product support
- Meet department KPI and expectations
Customer Service candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast paced environment
- Multi Task
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service, product support role. Ideally in a call center environment.
