Aesops Gables LLC., the parent company is a 32 year old remodeling and construction company that serves Arizona, Texas and New Mexico clients is looking for call center representatives to add to our team. We have a fantastic workplace in a nice location surrounded by wonderful people.
The call center representative responsibilities and skills are:
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Computer literacy
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
- In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services
The primary responsibility will be to call on clients that have requested for us to call them and set up appointments for our design consultants to go and show them our products and services.
Excellent pay and benefits. Must be a go-getter, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation to and from work.
