Job Description:
Our Retirement Solutions division is a leading service provider within the industry. We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated financial service professionals to join our growing Contact Center.
Currently offering remote work within the following markets:
Arizona, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Washington, DC.
  • Starting pay between $18-20/hour
  • Now hiring for full-time Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm EST shifts (with 10% shift differential)
  • Equipment provided, high speed internet required
Role Overview
As an Investor Services Representative with in the Retirement Solutions team, you will be providing excellent customer service to callers within an inbound contact center. Our Retirement Solutions group services clients within the retail retirement services space and/or government & municipality space. In this role you will service as a primary point of contact for participants and investors; responding to inquiries, processing transactions and supporting growth in retirement security.
You will have the opportunity to address participants’ questions or concerns in the areas of investments, plan regulations, account specific information, online support, account maintenance, and processing of account transactions via telephone in a professional, timely and accurate manner. You will learn about our client’s products, services, as well as learn about industry rules & regulations that govern retirement plans to effectively assist callers.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year work experience required
  • Experience in a call center or financial services or similar environment preferred.
  • Bilingual, Spanish speaking is a plus.
Previous financial services and retirement solutions experience preferred but not required; we offer a formal training program to successfully prepare you for your new career.
