A Human-Centered Approach
The sales lead generation office for Renewal by Andersen, is looking for an Inside Sales Coach. This position is focused primarily on managing a large team of Inside Sales Reps and delivering the highest level of service to our dedicated customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Working on a team of Coaches.
- Hands-on and in-the-moment assistance with appointment setting.
- Coaching, encouraging and guiding staff to meet activity goals.
- Assist staff to deliver our methodology.
- Encourage staff to recognize selling opportunities and buying clues.
- Perform moderate-level supervisory work coordinating the operations of a call-service team.
- This is an in-person position.
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- Previous call center coach or supervisor experience in an Inside Sales Center.
- A proven track record of closing sales.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
- A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
