A Human-Centered Approach
The sales lead generation office for Renewal by Andersen, is looking for an Inside Sales Coach. This position is focused primarily on managing a large team of Inside Sales Reps and delivering the highest level of service to our dedicated customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

  • Working on a team of Coaches.
  • Hands-on and in-the-moment assistance with appointment setting.
  • Coaching, encouraging and guiding staff to meet activity goals.
  • Assist staff to deliver our methodology.
  • Encourage staff to recognize selling opportunities and buying clues.
  • Perform moderate-level supervisory work coordinating the operations of a call-service team.
  • This is an in-person position.

WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON

  • Previous call center coach or supervisor experience in an Inside Sales Center.
  • A proven track record of closing sales.
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
