Camp Bow Wow Byron Center is seeking hardworking and enthusiastic Camp Counselors to provide excellent customer service while assisting with Doggie Day Care and Boarding, heavy cleaning and play yard monitoring. Applicants must be able to work at a fast pace, in a team environment, and have exceptional customer service skills! Camp Bow Wow applicants must be at least 16 years or older.
We are currently looking for people to help with our afternoon shifts and our weekend shifts. These are typically 1:00pm-7pm or 3pm-7pm for students. These shifts are a little shorter on the weekend.
Full-time and Part-time applicants are welcome!
Main Camp Counselor duties include (but are not limited to):
- MONITORING DOGS IN THE PLAY YARDS!
- Passion for the care of dogs, no fear of dogs
- Perform Dog Interviews
- Maintaining a clean environment
- Feeding, cleaning cabins, lifting heavy items
- Constantly walking and interacting with dogs and team members
- MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT!
- Provide excellent customer service
- Managing schedules and appointments
- Checking dogs in and out
- Friendly, organized and customer service driven
- Able to work in an extremely fast paced work environment.
- Counselors must be active and attentive at all times.
Must be punctual candidates with flexible or open availability, including weekends and holidays, as we are open for business 365 days a year.
