Zoho's Enterprise Marketing Team (Acquisition) is looking for an experienced Campaign Specialist to join our growing organization. In this role, you will put your creativity and experience to work to develop, launch, and manage highly-targeted, multi-touch "acquisition" campaigns that develop the mid-funnel pipeline and impact revenue growth, attracting net-new customers. Campaigns will leverage channels-including email, content syndication, virtual and 'live' events, social media, display advertising, webinars and sometimes partnering with outside marketing vendors.


You will collaborate with and leverage cross-functional global Zoho teams to create "customer value prop" and campaign deliverables. The role will effectively partner with the sales team on net new demand generation initiatives.


This role requires someone who has experience with funnel management and a wide variety of online and offline campaign tactics, knows how to position messaging to prospects and is well versed in CRM and Marketing Automation tools, KPI reporting, and has a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities Include


  • Translating knowledge of the industry, the buyer audience, and marketing objectives into strategic marketing campaign plans that deliver awareness, responses, sales leads, and revenue for the business.
  • Defining program objectives, approach, assets, stakeholders and channels; identifying prospects, outline customer journey, personas.
  • Identifying campaign components, leveraging cross-functional team members in Content, Design, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing,
  • Customer Advocacy, Corporate Communications and Events Teams.
  • Designing messaging for targeted personas to drive mid-funnel engagement.
  • Executing campaigns through: email, content syndication, events, social media, display advertising, webinars, etc.
  • Engaging with Sales to maximize the efficacy of leads created and delivered
  • Using internal tools to stand up campaign components (CRM/Marketing Automation/Reporting/Others)
  • Measuring and achieve MQL and pipeline targets. Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders.

Requirements


  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or other related field.
  • 2-4 years proven experience with developing and executing Enterprise B2B acquisition and account-based marketing campaigns in achieving pipeline/conversion targets (ideally in SaaS enterprise software).
  • Build full funnel campaign tactics and management, including the ability to identify appropriate messaging for targeted personas.
  • MUST HAVE experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with ABM platforms is a HUGE plus.
  • Experience in specific verticals will add a unique dimension to the role, but not required.
