About the Position:
Come join our team! We have a great opportunity for an experienced leader in healthcare! This position will serve as a member of the executive team as Eagle Crest South Campus Administrator. As part of our executive leadership team, this position plays an integral role in the development and implementation of our strategic plan and actions each year.
The Eagle Crest South Campus Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of our 325 apartment senior living retirement community in La Crosse. Eagle Crest South includes care teams in assisted living, memory care, and high acuity assisted living; includes independent living apartments with services; and also includes senior living landlord-tenant apartments. The Campus Administrator has management oversite of the site leadership team and office staff, ensuring quality compassionate care to those we serve while maintaining compliance with government regulations and company policies, and meeting quality and financial results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration with Nursing Home Administrator's License strongly desired; bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field with strong operations and supervisory experience required.
- Experience as Nursing Home Administrator or other administrative experience in a progressive assisted living community or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Office management and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
- Accounting experience preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with residents, family members and other team members is required
- Demonstrated compatibility with Bethany Lutheran Homes, Inc.'s mission and core values.
- Demonstrated ability to fluently read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Strong communication skills that allow listening and both oral and written communication with residents, resident families, and staff required.
- Position works full-time, primarily M-F, business hours, with ability to flex time based on meetings, events, and resident needs and services.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Based on experience qualifications. The starting salary range is broad and will be based on the individual qualifications, education, and experience that the successful candidate brings.
