Cannabis Brand Sales Rep - Fire Dept. Cannabis

M-F 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (hours may vary)

Who we are:

We are a Portland cannabis production company that distributes to 300+ dispensaries across the State of Oregon. We offer a large line of products, including edibles (cookies, rice crispy treats, gummies), kief, extracts, a full-line of pre-rolls (infused, single units, multipacks, hemp-wrapped blunts) with new products coming out regularly.

Who you are:

You are a sales representative, excited to oversee and travel to designated territories around the Salem area, including: Salem, Albany, Corvallis, Bend and parts of the mid-coast, and eager to seek out new accounts. You are adept at walking into new and turn-key accounts with the goal of growing and developing your portfolio. You like to build relationships, keep promises, and stay organized. You are a self-starter with the ability to stay productive with minimal oversight, an ability to bounce back after hearing “no,” and who makes the most out of every opportunity.

What you’ll do:

· Keep all accounts (dispensaries) fully stocked and educated on our product portfolio;

· Execute product sample drops and visits in order to take leads across the goal line;

· Keep detailed notes on all accounts and manage a CRM (customer relationship management) system to maintain touch points;

· Regularly travel, using company car, to outlying territories to engage shops beyond the Portland Metro area;

· Communicate with our executive team to relay market feedback and customer information;

· Drive sales and meet revenue plans;

· Work overtime as needed.

What you’ll need:

· 2 years of business-to-business sale experience (preferred);

· Knowledge of cannabis industry;

· METRC knowledge and understanding of OLCC compliance expectations;

· Clean driving record;

· Ability to travel long distances;

· OLCC marijuana worker permit;

· Must be 21 years of age;

· Must be proficient in Google and/or Microsoft suites;

· Ability to adopt new systems and technology.
