11th location of OG INC - Multistate High Grade indoor marijuana cultivators, extraction pioneers and cannabis retailers.
We are currently shopping for locations to open dispensaries here in New Mexico, and there will be oppoertunites for career growth in the retail management side of things. most important is finding someone we can trust.
soon to be in full operation currently FULLY LICENSED AND LEGAL, currently undergoing buildout.
No experience? no problem! start out lower in wages and prove you are a good worker, we will train someone with a good work ethic on everything they need to know in order to operate a grow.
Eventually salary for this position would be 80-100,000 dollars per year, however due to the nature of the newly legal industry, there are very few who posess the skills necessary to run this operation like we need. however you will receive the training if you stick with us.
Looking for handy people who will be able to eventually run the grow without oversight.
Currently a corporate regional rep is on site to facililtate build out, hire and train new staff.
We are looking for someone who can prove they deserve to be the manager of this operation. There is a home on site, and plenty of land to theoretically allow for an on site living situation for the right canditate, but thats by no means a requirement.
Right now, we have drywall, electrical, concrete, light hanging, and various other activities to do. As well as on site licensed Extraction.
