$15 - $18 hourly

• Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis you are working with; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and diligently checking quality controls throughout the entire process.
• Must be quickly adaptable to change and open to cross-training in other areas.

• Must be able to work in a very fast-paced production environment and meet daily quotas and goals.
• Routine duties include weighing, labeling, packaging of cannabis flowers, and pre-roll packaging.
• Priorities include Joint rolling, operation of automated packaging equipment, waste disposal, and cleaning of all machines, tools, and work areas in the department.
• Assist in grinding & blending bulk cannabis flowers for pre-roll manufacturing.
• Operate joint rolling machinery.
• Assess the finished product for quality assurance.
• The selected candidates must be able to fulfill production and market demands while complying with current industry regulations.
• Maintain a good attitude while taking constructive criticism from management to maintain quality standards and production goals.
• Assist in sanitation and cleaning of workspace.

• Must be at least 18+ years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
• Preferred but not required experience in production facilities, or restaurants.
• Previous assembly line, production, and/or professional cooking experience preferred.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to follow all company policies and procedures related to production needs.

Physical Demands:

• Must be physically capable of standing for long periods of time or entire shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted.
• Must have full use of arms and fingers for fine manipulation of cannabis.
• Must be capable of respective motion using hands and arms.
• Ability to operate machinery safely according to standard operating procedures and protocol.
