Our client is actively hiring motivated candidates to bring on fulltime at our Lake Orion Cannabis Facility. We have openings for Blunt rollers, Pre roll packers, and cartridge fillers! All of these have great room for growth and you can pick your favorite cannabis product to work with!

The Manufacturing Department Associate will be tasked to package, assemble and label cannabis products. Prior production, assembly and/or cannabis experience is preferred but not required. Passion for the cannabis industry is required.

Responsibilities:

• Pre weigh and handle cannabis product
• Tag and label merchandise with accuracy
• Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
• Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
• Adherence to safety and quality regulations within the workplace
• Follow all cGMP and PPE protocols
• May perform activities that include periods of rigorous, repetitive work
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• May operate filling and labeling machines
• Maintain acceptable attendance record and promptness to work and within assigned work station; reliable, strong work ethic

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for part of the shift
• Must be able to pick up at least 40 pounds safely
• Team-player mentality
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Must be detailed and able to work quickly
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast-learner and able to work under pressure
• Desire to learn about our products and company
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week
• Must be at least 21+

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rochester Hills, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cannabis: 1 year (Preferred)
• Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
