Car Wash Assistant Manager Job at Vibe Car Wash
Are you looking for a fun job where you get to work outdoors, work in a team environment and make customers happy? Do you have team leadership experience? Vibe Car Wash is the place for you! We are the newest express tunnel car wash in Aurora and looking for amazing team members. Starting pay is $18.50-21.00 per hour plus we have opportunities for bonuses and promotions.
As the assistant manager you'll have several duties:
- Lead the team from the front, participating in all of the normal staff duties
- Motivate team members to work and be proactive
- Manage the team to maximize productivity
- Create an amazing work environment for our team and an amazing experience for our customers
- Assist and lead with maintenance and cleaning
- Guide customers onto our belt conveyor
- Greet customers at the pay stations, making them feel welcome and helping them with their wash purchase
- Tell customers about our amazing unlimited wash pass and invite them to join the club
- Keep the wash clean inside and out. This includes picking up and dumping trash, and cleaning the tunnel at night
- Learning with your teammates how to maintain our amazing wash
Experience/Requirements:
At least 1 year in a manager or team lead position
Ability to lift 50 lbs easily, climb ladders, and work in a variety of positions
Comfortable working in all weather conditions outdoors
Be technically adept, able to learn how to work on mechanical systems
Have your own vehicle
Be able to pass a drug test
Must have complete schedule availabilty. Managers may work from 6:30 am up to 9:00 pm. We are open 7 days a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
