Description:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for carrying out daily tasks that ensure effective operation of the car wash facility.
- Provide quality customer service
- Happily greet and interact with customers
- Provide customers with information on available services and pricing
- Assist customers at the pay station
- Process and collect payment
- Set up accounts
- Provide information and answer questions
- Manage the wash process
- Prep vehicles for washing
- Scrub and spray off vehicles before they enter the tunnel
- Perform visual inspections of vehicles
- Locate and identify areas with previous damage
- Protect vehicles
- Secure wipers, push in mirrors, check truck beds, etc.
- Direct drivers
- Provide instructions to the drivers
- Activate wash mechanism and operate equipment
- Observe operation of wash to detect equipment malfunction or customer error
- Evaluate incidents and activate emergency stops if necessary
- Carry out periodic equipment maintenance as directed by the Site Leader
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain site cleanliness
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to work outside in varying temperatures
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
