As a Site Manager, you are responsible for building an outstanding customer service culture by providing day-to-day oversight and leadership to your team at your Car Wash Site. You oversee the daily mechanical, financial, and operational aspects of the express car wash. This position has a competitive base salary with strong bonus commission potential!

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leadership and oversight of the Express Car Wash team at your designated site
• Promote unlimited car wash packages and increase profits at your car wash site to earn bonuses and commission
• Financial accounting for your site, including daily reconciliation of revenues
• Hire, train, develop, motivate, and inspire employees
• Resolve customer and employee concerns as needed
• Maintain an understanding of how Flagship Car Wash equipment works; perform maintenance on car wash equipment and troubleshoot inoperable equipment
• Ensure team members understand job responsibilities and demonstrate proficiency in all tasks
• Ensure proper inventory of chemicals, office supplies, and wash supplies are kept in stock
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns; communicate, assess, and determine solutions as needed

Requirements:

• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to train and support employees on routine and complex tasks
• Previous managerial experience required; strong customer service skills; friendly; personable
• Ability to stand for the entirety of your work
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work at least 50 hours per week; be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, which may include overtime; prepare to be on-call as needed
• Understanding of car wash equipment and how to perform maintenance on the equipment
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills and professionalism at all times
• Demonstrated ability to manage time wisely
• Must be at least 18 years of age
