Elite Eldercare PDX is a small and growing in-home care agency in Lake Oswego. We are an autonomous and customer-centric agency striving to support our clients in the comfort and safety of their homes as well as advocating for our caregivers in the position(s) they hold.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, activities of daily living, transfers and errands.
- Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to Administrator/Supervisor.
- Assist with keeping the client's home clean and orderly.
- Assure client safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
- Follow Agency Policies and Procedures in the performance of job duties
- Maintain professionalism at all times
What You Will Need:
- Caregiving Experience (min. 2 years)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Job References (minimum 2)
Preferred Credential(s):
- CNA Certification
- CPR/BLS
- Hospice Experience
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience:
- 2+ -years experience
