As a Personal Care Provider (PCP), here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients in facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers and hospitals
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways

A few must-haves for Personal Care Provider:

• Dependable, honest, caring personality
• Must have at least 6 months of verifiable related work experience.
• Must have passed a TB screening
• COVID-19 vaccinated or provide a religious or medical exempt.
• Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC).
