We are hiring for full-time night shift (11pm-7am), part-time evening shift (5pm-11pm) and PRN (all shifts).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• COVID vaccination is required, unless you have an approved religious or medical exemption.
• Must enjoy working with seniors and those with Alzheimer's or dementia.
• Valid CNA/HHA preferred BUT not required! All you need is a heart for caring for others - we will teach you the rest!
• Prior experience in senior living is preferred.
• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits).
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
• Demonstrate patience, accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers to maintain standards and achieve goals.
• Adherence to Magnolia Springs Core Values.
