We are looking for a motivated Caregiver Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate has a strong recruitment background, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Compensation:

$42-$45k per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, interview, assess, select and on-board Caregivers (CHHA).
• Ensure employee files are in compliance and up to date with state regulations.
• General office duties such as answering phones, solving problems, and participating in meetings.
• Maintain quality relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Attend job fairs and other community events.
• Assist with staffing client schedules as needed.
• Participate in office on-call rotation.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care and recruitment is a plus
• Strong verbal, written skills, and people skills
• Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
• Pleasant phone manner
• High level of emotional intelligence and empathy as well as dedication to our company's purpose
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• High School Diploma
