Hours:
Monday through Sunday
5am-8am
11am-2pm
5pm-8pm
9pm-5am
Pay:
5am-8pm- $17 an hour
9pm-5am- $18 an hour
*Tasks: Client is total cares
- Transfers with Hoyer
- Incontinence care
- Bathing/dressing
- Showering
- General housekeeping
- Meal prep and feeding client

Requirements:
- Must be okay with dogs
- Have minimum documented 1-year high medical needs clients
- Have at least two professional references
- Willing to fill out ROI to verify former employment
- Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire*
*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Montello, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
