Our starting wage for a Resident Assistants/Caregivers (RA) is $15+ per hour on First shift and $17+ per hour on 2ND and 3RD shift for committing to 56-80 hours per pay period. Part-time and Every Other Weekend positions are starting at $14+ per hour on First shift and $16+ per hour on 2ND and 3RD Shift. The more hours you commit to, the more you get paid!

RA's that pass medication on their shift will receive an additional $2 per hour. We offer the CBRF Medication course to RA's that are interested in passing medication.

We are seeking full & part-time Caregivers/RA's (Resident Assistant) for all shifts and a full-time First shift RA/Activity Aide to join our team. We offer the opportunity to work 4 hour shifts as a part-time employee if desired. We also have an exciting 16/24 Status position available. The 16/24 Status is the perfect solution for those that have busy week days as the position only requires working 3 weekends per month with the bonus of an increased rate of pay. The position would work 16 hours in a weekend and be paid for 24 hours.

We offer a $600 Sign On Bonus that is contingent on 64 committed hours worked per pay period.

The Caregiver/RA will promote dignity and respect to residents and complete job duties while working in a team environment practicing good communication and cooperation. The Caregiver/RA will provide compassionate care while assisting residents with activities of daily living. The Caregiver/RA Activity Aide will assist with cares and be a part of the exciting activities that take place at our Skilled and Assisted Living facility.
