Our Caregivers make a difference in the lives of others in a small group home setting. No experience required for many of our entry-level positions, and full training is provided for you to be confident in your new role. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour!

Some of Our Care Givers Earn As Much As $70,000 Annually With Over Time Pay
We have FT & PT openings, mostly working Second or Third Shift; and on weekends supporting adults and teenagers. These openings are in one of our residential programs, and we also have openings is several outreach/community based programs. Pay starting at $16.00 per hour!

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- 18+ years of age (21+ if supporting children)
- Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 1 year and a safe driving record
- Attend new hire training M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first two weeks of employment
- Must pass a basic reading comprehension and math test, background check, and pre-employment screenings
- Must be able to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds, as well as pass a physical/fitness test
