Outdoor Personia is looking for additional crew members for carpentry and construction site prep work. We design and build personalized outdoor structures such as pool houses, pavilions, greenhouses, sheds, and more. Daily tasks would include framing siding, roofing, and trim for these projects.
Are you looking for a solid beginning in carpentry or construction, but don't have enough experience? We are hiring full-time Carpenter's Apprentice in Bellingham, MA. The position is hourly and pays between $16 and $22 per hour, depending on skills and knowledge.
Job Description

- Have confidence in their work and overall performance
- Be accountable for meeting set schedules and timelines

Position Qualifications:
- A growing interest in high-end residential construction including framing, siding, roofing, and trim work
- Be an attentive listener and carry out instructions effectively
- Quick learner with the desire to continue developing their carpentry knowledge
- Have the ability to endure strenuous activities
- Team focused and encouraging
- Willing to work a flexible schedule

- Able to pass initial and random drug screens throughout employment
