- The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, from 1:00pm until 9:00pm.
As a Bilingual Case Manager, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate case management and family reunification services for children in our care.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates case management and family reunification services for children.
- Initiates and maintains direct contact with each child and their family while the child is in care in order to advance the child’s family reunification and release from the facility
- Facilitates the timely release or discharge of children to identified family members or authorized caregiver/custodian, and document the provision of services in each child’s case file
- Conducts and documents funder/oversight assessments
- Reports significant incidents
- Maintains the client case file and funder/oversight database
- Travel, including out of state, with unaccompanied minor to new placement
- Models center’s expectation for sensitivity and competency relating to diversity and cultural awareness
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science
- One year of experience in Case Management
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
