Responsibilities:

  • Provides health coaching and consultations to participants and members in person and/or over the phone.
  • Performs triage and clinical risk assessment in an emergency.
  • Participates in the organization's decision-making process in cases requiring inpatient or partial hospitalization.
  • Maintains compliance with company rules and procedures, validates and updates reports for all inpatient and partial hospitalization facilities, and conducts ongoing and retrospective reviews.
  • Recognizes the necessity for referrals to Behavioral Health Case Management and makes the required referrals.

Requirements:

  • Must have Master’s Degree completed as a Social Worker or Psychologist, as well a valid license based on the field.
  • Experience in the clinical, behavioral, or managed care fields is preferred.
  • Must have experience in mental health.
  • At the very least, you should have moderate computer expertise, which should involve working with Microsoft Office products.
  • Valid professional clinical license issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a track record of creating high-quality work that is accurate, shows attention to detail, and reflects well on the company.
  • Available to work rotating 8 hour shifts, 24/7.

Salary: $34,000.00 per year
