Our company is searching for an Office Clerk to help manage our office operations. This includes answering phones, cash deposits and reconciliation, filing paperwork and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, cash handling experience, strong data entry skills and detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for details to help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Discrepancy Research and Correction
- Daily Cash Deposits
- Daily Cash Reconciliation
- Perform general clerical duties.
- Maintain Accurate Daily Records
- Posting Payments to Customer Accounts
- Assistiance with Accounts Receivable Projects
- Other Administrative Tasks as Needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
