Cashier/Customer Service/Sales Associate Job at Stevies Little Store
Stevie's Little Store Team members are expected to run both the sales and lotto registers while providing the best customer service possible to our patrons
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Provide prompt, efficient, and respectful customer service
- Promote sales through effective communication with customers
- Perform cashier duties (ring sales and lotto and maintain cash control) utilizing an iOS-based POS system, as well as the CT Lottery system
- Check IDs prior to selling age restricted products (Tobacco/CBD/Lottery)
- Ensure the store always stays clean and presentable
- Price tagging products and put out on shelves from stock
- Receive orders and enter inventory as needed
- Minimizes customer complaints through effective customer service
- Reports any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to the appropriate parties immediately
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Ability to follow a predetermined schedule and ensure punctuality and reliability
- Reconcile their own cash drawer, and report any inconsistencies to management

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Enfield, CT 06082: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
