We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, staff supervision, budgeting, and event coordination. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute catering events.
- Manage catering staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop menus and recipes for catering events.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to obtain the best prices for catering services.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
