About Us:

Denali Care Services is a health care agency in Federal Way, providing Home Care for seniors and ABA services for autistic children. We are seeking motivated, fun individuals to provide one-on-one therapy to children and adolescents in our clinic setting.

Candidates Must:

• Hold an active CBT license or ability to obtain
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have reliable transportation
• Have experience working with children/adolescents, neurodiverse individuals, or providing direct care
• Be comfortable working with clients of diverse abilities, backgrounds, cultures, and behavioral needs.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have a solution-oriented outlook and great problem-solving skills
• Have a positive, energetic personality—come to work ready to play!

Job Duties:

• Implemented ABA programs as designated by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Record and graph data accurately
• Complete session documentation in a timely manner
• Adhere to HIPAA and professionalism at all times
• Communicate effectively to the team
• Engagement with clients may involving walking, bending, stooping, squatting, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds, and transitioning from a stationary position to a moving position frequently throughout the day
