Diesel Direct is hiring full-time CDL A or B Local Night Shift Fuel Drivers in Stoughton, MA. Diesel Direct efficiently handles everyday fuel jobs, like on-site fueling to active job sites and 24/7 mobile fuel delivery on or off road. Diesel Direct delivers high-quality fuel, reliable fuel services, and peace of mind.

This position will be using fuel truck equipment. CDL B is required but CDL A drivers are welcome to apply!

Compensation:

• Average annual pay: $75,000 - $100,000
• Drivers paid an hourly rate
• Additional Pay Opportunities:
• Referral Bonus: $1,000 referral bonus, $500 after 3 months and $500 after 6 months
• Quarterly Safety Bonus: Eligibility depending on years of service and performance
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home daily!
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Driver's will rotate one Saturday a month
• Shift: Night shift starts between 3pm-5pm with 10–12-hour shifts
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Route: Drivers will deliver fuel to businesses throughout MA; several routes in all counties

Equipment:

• Late Model Peterbilt fuel delivery vehicles
• Automatic and manuals available
• Amenities: Toll passes included, GPS, outward facing cameras only (activated on incident)
• Level of Touch: Drivers will be pulling hoses, moving hoses from vehicle to vehicle, hoses have auto reel backExperienced drivers may be trained for top loading

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL B license; will also hire driver with a CDL A
• One year experience preferred but not required, will hire new grads!
• Must have an X endorsement (Tanker and Hazmat); drivers with 1/2 endorsements who are working to obtain the second endorsement will be considered so long as endorsement is obtained by start date
• Must hold a valid TWIC Card; preferred drivers already have but can be obtained within 30 days of employment
• Must hold a valid Medical Card
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to pass background check
• Drivers must live within 40 miles of Stoughton, MA or be willing to relocate for this position
