CDL Class B Dump Truck Driver Job at Diamond Materials, LLC
Diamond Materials is seeking dependable, experienced and hard-working individuals to join our team. Our hiring needs include
CDL Licensed Drivers
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of all State and Federal DOT rules and regulations.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
- Knowledge and skill operating Class A CDL vehicles.
- Interact with construction general laborers and/or crew members to complete the construction project.
- Clean and maintain truck as scheduled and/or required.
- Advise the Foreman of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
- Properly follow all Company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, or Safety Manager.
- Must be able to work Overtime & weekends when Necessary (especially during peak Season)
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain detailed maintenance and safety records.
- CDL Class A with applicable endorsements.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Pass initials and random drug screenings.
- Minimum 2 years of Commercial driving experience.
- Knowledge of truck and equipment safety, including maintenance and storage requirements.
- Responsible for all DOT required paperwork, drivers logs, etc.
- Responsible for Pre & Post trip inspections.
