The Ups Store in Honesdale, Pennsylvania is currently seeking a motivated sales associate!
The qualified candidate would be able to meet the following requirements:
- Have a current active knowledge of commonly used computer & internet tasks:
-Sending Emails
-Searching the web via search engine
-Typing Semi-Proficiently
-Recognizing file types: JPEG, PDF, Microsoft Word etc.
- Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Arrive on time and in proper attire.
- Have the ability to use measuring tape, tape dispenser, & utility knife.
- Work friendly & patiently with customers.
- Answer the phone.
- Vacuum & clean.
Training is included for the following eventual requirements:
- Size customer items for the proper box.
- Understanding UPS & US Postal Service rates & how they are generated.
- Operating the cash register and shipment manifest software.
- Use the copy machine & printer.
- Closing the store using all required closing tasks.
- Assisting with print processing items.
