Central Dispatcher Job at McCar Companies
McCar Companies is looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Representative. You will take part in delivering amazing customer experiences with existing and new customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, email requests, and text messages with customers. Must have demonstrated strong customer service experience and the ability to work closely in a team environment. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Job Duties
- Contact customers to schedule material pickup and delivery.
- Will work hand in hand with our dispatchers to communicate where trucks are needed.
- Confirm bookings
- Will assist with quoting jobs.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customer inquiries
- Enter customer orders/changes into a custom spreadsheet.
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Education and Skills:
- Strong organization skills
- Basic Math Skills
- Demonstrated Customer Service Experience
- Outstanding phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Ability to create spreadsheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
