Job Description
Experienced CHHA's needed for Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Our office is based in Orinda and we are looking for the right persons to join our Home Health Case Management Team.
ACE Home Health & Hospice is a locally owned and operated agency. We are growing and are seeking talented and compassionate professionals that want to make a difference in the lives of their clients.
ONLY THOSE WITH CERTIFIED CHHA LICENSE SHOULD APPLY.
Must have:
- Current CHHA license
- Current CPR
- Current Driver license
- Own transportation
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English a plus!
Willing to train a great candidate (must have valid CHHA license) This is a full-time position.
Estimated annual compensation: $56K to $68K, based on fulltime status
