We are seeking an enthusiastic personal trainer to motivate, inspire and expertly guide our clients to achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. Responsibilities:- Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client
- Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills
- Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment
- Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals
- Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism
- Be able to train a minimum of 15 hours a week
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Personal Trainer Certification (Required)
