AMAL is currently seeking an experienced Lebanese Cuisine Chef de Cuisine. The individual must have excellent knowledge of Lebanese cuisine. The Chef de Cuisine will bring their techniques, specialty recipes and creations to develop the menu.
The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen such as menu plans, operations, coordination, recipes, portion and inventory control, food quality, and employee supervision. The Chef de Cuisine will provide leadership training and hands-on management to the kitchen staff.
The qualified Chef De Cuisine should be highly responsible, accountable, result orientated, highly motivated,pro-active, service minded, enthusiastic, a hard worker passionate culinarian with a great palette and sense of presentation, must have three or more years of senior level chef experience in high quality Lebanese oriented environment.
